Food intake: 6 April

Brekkie:
very healthy full english. Bacon, egg, sausage, two toast, cuppa tea

Lunch:
cottage pie, plus microwaved carrot, brollocky and cauliflower

Dinner:
lamb rogan josh at 'Spoons. Plus a pint of cider. Plus a bottle of wine. Blew it!
