Food: 7 April

I'm so shite at this dieting mularkey...

Breakfast:
Two slices of toast with veggie paté

Lunch:
Two wholemeal pittas, buttered
Bacon sarnie with three bits of back bacon
Some out of date yogurt
Apple and blackcurrant smoothie

Dinner:
Lasagne and salad
Apple crumble and custard
