Food: 10 April

breakfast:
2 slices of wholemeal toast, medium poached egg, butter, half a Innocent smoothie

lunch:
tin of tuna, tin of rat, 85g of rice

dinner:
chilli con carne, 50g rice, 25g of cheese, salad
apple crumble, custard (small portions! Boo!)
